Patients with Dental Insurance:
Our office is in-network with several insurance companies. As a courtesy to our patients with contracted insurance, we will contact your insurance company and estimate your copayment.
Patients with Out-of-Network Dental Insurance:
Patients who have insurance but are out of network are required to pay our fee at the time of treatment. Some insurance companies allow for out-of-network reimbursement. Our office will help you file your claim, and the insurance company may reimburse you a portion of the fee.
Patients without Dental Insurance:
Patients who do not have dental insurance are required to pay our fee at time of treatment. We will advise you of all fees prior to treatment.
Care Credit:
For your convenience, we offer an interest free financing plan. Care credit is a line of credit exclusively for your healthcare needs. Once approved by Care Credit, payments can be made interest free over a period of six months or twelve months.
Rescheduling Fee:
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice of any missed/cancelled appointments will result in a rescheduling fee of $150 per occurrence. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
Payment Methods:
We accept credit/debit, and HSA cards. We do not accept cash or checks.
